is a member of an underwater race called the KRACKENI. Mermen or mermaids, basically. Go figure.
M’cal was enslaved by a witch - a member of the same family that kidnapped Charlie and his brothers.
The witch implied her father was the MAGI. More than I can handle, frankly, though not as much of a surprise as it should be. Man should have kept it zipped up.
M’cal’s voice can steal
souls. Or maybe just the will to live. Hard to say. The only person he trusts is his new wife, KITALA BELL, who is Dela’s best friend.
I consider M’cal to be very dangerous. Extremely so. Never confront him w/o proper ear guards. Good physical fighter, too.
